I am the owner. I think I am a mechanic. I left them in the car for 4 days. I installed them in 30 seconds. They worked great.
This OEM style sun visor clip was a very close match (color, texture, design) for the original clip. The original broke after 19 years and 245,000 miles of use in hot Arizona sun. This Honda clip provides a firm enough hold on the visor in various positions, but not too firm to prevent pulling the visor out completely with one hand. FYI : I previously purchased another aftermarket clip at O'Reilly Auto Parts made by Dorman. It did not match the OEM color, texture, or design. The clip retaining slot held the visor so firmly that it took both hand to yank the visor out of the clip. I'm sure that the Dorman clips would eventually break??..
It works! Its a perfect fit and perfect color match to the old one in my 2005 Honda Accord EX.
