The cable fit perfectly and restored function to my door! Right product at the right price!
Be sure you get this one for the passenger sliding door on Ford E350's. Other places list side passenger doors, but those cables are for hinged doors and are too short. This cable was a direct fit replacement, and the ends are beefed up better than factory. It went in easily, but you do have to remove the door latch mechanism (5-6 screws) in order to get the cable end into the holder. The bottom end hooked up just fine and the cable works great!
