I haven't installed this door handle yet, but it will replace a plastic one which failed after just 3 months. The same thing happened with the driver's side door handle and I replaced it with a metal one which is working just fine, thank you.

This metal one looks good and sturdy and should last as long as the door does.

Great improvement over factory
Received the handle right on schedule. I was in such a hurry to put it on I made the mistake of doing it alone. I recommend getting a friend to help hold. It didn’t come with the rivets had to run to hardware store to get some. The metal is much better than factory plastic. All in all good product.
