fit in the spot replaced old ones.. they were tricky to make fit.. pay attention to how they came out.. the way the locking bar is latched to the lock..
Replacement parts fit exactly like OEM parts
Perfect fit and easy to change just like your video showed.
It fits my truck not that hard to install, very satisfied with the results.I also recommend to buy from 1A-Auto parts.
Perfect fit Perfect shipping time And the cost was just the right amount. Now things in the can of my truck are safe once again. Every part from 1A Auto that I have ordered have been correct and fit Will be ordering from them every time I need auto parts. Also the videos make working on my vehicles much more enjoyable as they take out a lot of the guess work on what to do to fix the problem.
Perfect fit for my 1994 Ford F150.
Worked great after I figured it was up sugar down. Alas doesn't fix electric lock problemb as only locks one for at a time.
Worked like it should, and their installation video was on point. No problems whatsoever.
Doesn't work that well compared to the OEM locks in a Ford Ranger. There's a lot of wiggle room in the positioning slots that keep the cylinder in place, and that makes the whole thing rotate a few degrees each time you turn the key. Still usable, but barely. I'm glad I only needed to replace the passenger side.
Go to a locksmith and have the door locks keyed to the ignition, not that expensive.
You could but I would not bother. To re-key would cost much more than the locks. The keys and the locks were both worn out on my vehicle
Thank you for the inquiry. Every set of keys will be unique.
Thank you for your inquiry! We do not have those specific details available to us, however, these are made to be direct replacements of the original locks and should fit and function the same way. Please let us know if you have any further questions, thank you!
Hey Kim, This kit is not listed to fit your 1994 F-150.
The LH and RH parts are the same. We have the video available on our website that mentions this. If you need assistance installing, please check that out!
yes you need to take them to a locksmith and they can be rekeyed
The cylinders are made for use with the keys provided. If you are looking to use your own keys, you would need to look into this further with a locksmith.
Yes it fit perfectly. takes only a few minutes just dont drop the rod down the door. I did on one door but fished it out with a piece of bailing wire. Not a big deal
My best guess would be "maybe". I know the key my '97 F-350 uses is similar to an '08 Econoline key I drive at work, so it might work. I've never had a Ranger, so I couldn't say for sure, but I can say the keys themselves are similar, if that's any help.
