These were a direct fit for my 2012 Ford Escape XLT. The parts came quickly and are very good quality. The videos they provide online and in the app are extremely helpful as well. I've been very impressed with 1A Auto and would recommend them to anyone! They handle returns and warranty issues very honestly and quickly.

The products arrived quickly. The videos were helpful. If you're replacing the passenger side have an intermediate shaft on hand. On my 2011 Ford Escape the CV Axle shaft was seized to the intermediate shaft. All the pounding, prying and many, many slide hammer repetitions did not remove the CV Axle shaft. To remove the intermediate shaft, I removed two retaining nuts and with a slight tug it came right out. Installation of both shafts was not hard but time consuming. Don't forget the penetrating spray. Good luck with your project.
I must have filled out a few of these I never win but I love 1aauto I cant express how good 1aauto customer service is and so far parts to date are perfect only issue I had was taken care of within 20 min
