This replacement ABS (Anti-Lock Brake) tone ring PAIR is just what you need to get your vehicle's ABS system in good operating condition again! This PAIR are the parts that the ABS sensor plungers
make contact with to tell the vehicle's computer how fast the car is moving. A bad, corroded, damaged, or malfunctioning ABS tone ring can cause an ABS light to illuminate on your instrument panel,
and store an ABS diagnostic error code. This will prevent your ABS system from working properly.
Now you have the ability to just replace the parts that go bad instead of having to replace the entire axle shaft assemblies!

ABS Tone Ring
My son's 2004 Escape's ABS brakes were acting like they do when you slide on ice. The brake pedal was "thumping" intermittently. One of his friends said it was the ABS Tone Ring. I never heard of a ABS Tone Ring so I looked it up on the internet and the symptoms for a cracked ABS Tone Ring were exactly what we experienced. I went on youtube and watched the video on how to replace the Tone Ring. I ordered the a set of ABS Tone Rings from 1AAuto and replaced them myself. Fixed my problem.
