Easy to install
Not a rebuild kit, its a full replacement! Very easy to install, no old parts reused.
All parts were there. Good service. ?? I would recommend shopping at this site.
Good quality replacement part! Notes for anyone buying to use, specifically on a 1998 Ford Ranger with the 3.0 4x4, reuse the bolts from the original the provided ones arent long enough. The gasket provided is for the side with the round end cap. The C-ring provided doesnt have any holes so its a bit of a pain to get it clipped onto the shaft. Otherwise great!
The cv joint replacement was straight forward and fairly simple, although it was messy since the grease is thick and sticky. The hardest part of the replacement was getting the rear cover to seat properly and tightening the boot clamp without the proper tool. I also like the lifetime warranty.
This CV joint rebuild kit is a fantastic idea, instead of replacement of drives haft at the cost 0f $3-500 dollars. Very easy to rebuild and install. I would have given 5 stars, there was a lag in shipping. Most likely delivery service, not 1AAutos fault.

This installed in no time at all on my 2002 Ford Ranger. The screws provided were shorter however, I just used the old screws.
If it didn't spin how would the drive shaft to the rear wheels spin?

No this will only fit up to the 2005.
