Every employee that I had contact with was very polite and very knowledgeable. The product I ordered (a backup camera) was just as they told me. It works perfectly and very clear. Couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely use them again.
This kit is great but could be made better with just a couple changes. -Elongate the camera harness so that it can be routed all the way to the exterior of the tailgate, otherwise tailgate removal is impossible without opening up the panel, etc. -Neither side of the connector is small enough to squeeze through the factory hole above the hinge, it must be de-pinned to do so. -include a single wire with the RCA run so that a tap to the reverse circuit at the fuse box isn't required, only at the tail light assembly. Otherwise a great kit at an even better price.
This item only comes in black but can be painted white.
