Ford flex blend door actuators are sooo poorly designed!
Well, that's a wrap. Three months on duty in my 2012 Flex and the main blend actuator I painstakingly installed has kicked the bucket. So disappointing as this is the third time I've replaced the same actuator. Such a poor design. I was hoping the one I bought from 1A Auto would be better quality than the other two, but I supposed they were all manufactured by the same Chinese production line. Of course it's 24 degrees outside when this unit decided to fail.
