Ford Lincoln Mercury Front 4 Piece Tie Rod Set TRQ PSA69800

Outter tie rods poor quality. There is no lock ring securing the boot to the ball joint itself and when I received this in the bag it the boot wasn't attached and grease was everywhere. I had to re pack and put the boot back on before installing. The paint on these were also terrible. Im sure it will rust up fairly quickly. Only thing saving this review is that it came with a lifetime warranty (I guess time will tell). Inner tie rod was fine no complaints. Didnt come with the lock washer shown in the picture (seems like false advertising or they just forgot). The video installation drastically over simplified how easy it was to take the inner tie rod off. Took me a blow torch and a pipe wrench. Wish I knew the tool they showed in the video but they never told me. I had an inner tie rod tool rental from Auto Zone but what they dont tell you is that the Ford Fusion is an odd ball size that isnt included in those universal rental tool kits. Save your money get something better.
