The slide on one side was clamped in on the end where the metal was crimped to stop the slide. I had to open it up to free the slide and bend it back. Took alot of time to fix.
Have not received it yet contacted A1 auto they told me it is shipping issue was supposed to be shipped UPS they say it is USPS problem either way you got your money and I got nothing thanks
Although one of the arms was damaged in shipment, I thought the motor would be a direct replacement; Motor is not a direct replacement So I was able to repair the arm and install. Works well, good and strong. install video was exactly my model so that was nice!

My window stopped working on my 2001 Ford F-150 I usually always work on my vehicles because I dont like paying too much at a shop when I can do the work way cheaper by doing it myself. But in this case I had never done a window regulator and I wasnt sure what I was getting myself into. Shopping at 1a Auto in the past, I knew that they put out a lot of how to do it yourself videos. So I decided to take the plunge and go ahead and do it myself. I ordered the correct window regulator and watched the how to do it video from 1a Auto and was pretty confident that I could do it. The video showed every step by step from beginning to end. The regulator was a perfect match and fit perfectly. The only thing I needed to get were 6 bolts that fit, as this specific kit didnt include them. You can pick some up at the hardware store. The window regulator works perfectly and my window now rolls up and down with ease. I was so impressed how easily it was to install I ended purchasing another regulator
now my windows work will order from 1aauto again
