The parts came with manufacturing materials on the contact surface the caliper piston. The caliper pistons are supposed to be made of phenolic material, yet they made of steel. These calipers are specific to a 1999-2003 SVT Lightning, which they confirmed on their website and in email. They also claim their parts are new. The calipers that were sent to me look like remanufactured calipers. One was assembled and the other wasn't. I will say that they refunded me and told me to donate the parts. Which is decent customer service, however that doesn't fix the problem. As I ordered parts to get my truck back on the road. They didn't bother replacing the parts because I believe they know their product doesn't match OEM as they advertised. I appreciate the customer service but the service of the product and the process is well below par. People don't order parts, to then have to order parts elsewhere.
