I would say no, my truck is a 99' and this fits 97' to 99' only for the v8 I have. I could be wrong tho, I suggest to do a little more searching and comparisons and you will find what your looking for.

It's pretty easy once you get the factory stuff out of the way . The piece with the l bracket on it goes on the power steering bracket and you have to remove mass air flow sensor from original box
