Gasket material was bad. Does not hold the shape and very difficult to fit in place. Looked and felt very cheap. The valve itself did not fix the high idle problem nor the code.

I'm pretty sure the mount holes aren't threaded, so it'll depend on your throttle body... I'm nearly sure it's the bolts you removed from the valve you're replacing but you'd have to micrometer and thread gague the holes on the throttle/intake/wherever. These aren't the holes a bolt fits
