TRQ shocks are fully loaded featuring a pre-loaded bearing plate, upper and lower spring isolator, upper spring seat, coil spring, boot kit, and premium strut. TRQ recommends replacing your shocks or struts in pairs to ensure even wear of components and improved ride comfort. I have been happy with past purchases from 1AAuto, but this one was a mistake. There were mixed reviews, so I thought I'd take a chance, but now I regret it. I have to agree with Alan E.'s review. These are noisy and not worth buying. They make a clunky sound on anything but the smoothest roads and it does seem like something is wrong with the front end. It took several hours and a lot of sweat, but with the DIY video I was able to swap them out on my own. As soon as I can afford to buy another set, I'll be replacing these. Great value but still not worth it.
1A Auto continues to bring great value to this DIY mechanic. I replaced the original struts and shocks on my 2014 Ford Focus. The kit includes everything you need and was delivered very quickly. The ride improvement is nothing short of amazing. Buying the product through 1A Auto saved me a lot of money.
Perfect fit, changed the ride immediately. Would buy again.
I did not expect perfection, but boy are these noisy unless on a smooth road. It's a clunky sound that makes it sound like there is something wrong with the front end. The OEM assemblies with 145K miles on them were still quiet. I regret buying these.
