Is it normal for the grease to come out from the top? Where the zirk is at?

It does not sound normal, but we suggest having a mechanic take a look at it.

Does the MOOG ball joint for the 2007 f150 come with the rubber boot? I dont see it in the pictures

Thanks for your inquiry! Yes these ball joints do have boots. If you look closely at the picture you will see that they are now integrated into the base of the ball joint and are much smaller. This is a new design and does not have the large boot that you normally see on ball joints. Check out Moog's website for more info on this new and improved design!
