These do not come with a grease fitting? are they already greased? or do you peel the boot back to grease them? also looks like im going to crush the boot when pressing in. do you remove the boot. Also someone else stated these were .004 oversized an
Thank you for your questions, Cody! Our steering and suspension components are pre-greased and sealed for long life and do not require the extra maintenance typically required by greasable versions. Yes the boot will have to be removed when pressing in otherwise the boot will torn. You can add a bit a grease at that point if it appears to need more. New ball joints are typically made a little bit wider than OE, because where it presses in tends to get worn out over time, so the large diameter is needed.
