Fuel pump was extremely well packaged for shipping/cleanliness. I have replaced two (other manufacturers) fuel pumps in this truck and this one is hands down the best looking packaging/cleanliness. The fuel pump looks of good quality, but time will tell. This is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I don't know how long it will last,but so far so good.
Fit great work fast
I've purchased this unit before and it has worked very well but it's due for a new install and glad 1AAUTO still has product.
The fuel pump was in an exact fit for my 1995 Ford F150 rear tank. Looks like great quality should last for quite a few years. The only thing I didn't like was the fuel pump came with a replacement pigtail in case it did not match up to your original engine harness pigtail which mine had to be wired in, but there was no instructions in the box to connect pigtail to the the factory harness. I called 1A AUTO and explain the situation, but they could not help me.
The internal check valve either does not work or is doesn't have one. Therefore, gas is syphoned from the rear tank to the front and possible overflowing due to the excess pressure. We had to bend it a little to get it to seat in the tank hole. A lot of labor for little improvement.
I bought 2 gas pumps before this one trying to find one for dual fuel pumps that had a check valve and this one worked it has a check valve. there is another review that also says it has a check valve and I double checked with 1A Auto on the phone and they were right. Its working good so far and its not overflowing into the front tank.
It worked for awhile, but burnt out within a year. The install was easy, the wiring was a pain, but once it got down to the nitty gritty it went smoothly. Just wish it would have lasted a lot longer than eight months

I only give 3 for it only Ben in use last than A year. As for the fit it went in and for the ree Wiring of it it was easy and came with The same plug as time goes by I will rate it higher In 1995 the pump pressure was rise to 60 Psi to help inject and remove cooling fans For the injecters'( older one run less than 40 psi)
