I cracked my OEM mirror and this was a perfect fit and fairly easy to snap in and out. The only difference from OEM is that the spotter glass on this on is recesses and on OEM is covered to be flat like the rest of the mirror. Not a big deal to me.
No this mirror does not have the blind spot indicator.
