Yes, for the high and low beam. No for the LED "C" shaped bar. Note that the low beam uses H3. It took me three tries to find a compatible upgrade for the low beam if you want to replace with LED. The LED bulbs must be exact fit or they do not focus the light correctly. "AUXITO H3 LED Fog Light Bulbs 6500K White" (AUXITO-USGFH3W2) worked for me.
These are adjustable. Most Ford's had the same adjusting points which require a 4 mm wrench and there is a specialty tool you can buy online for $15 or find a long handled wrench that will reach down to the bottom post. The video explains that.
We do not have details on how to convert them to HID. These are not meant for HID bulbs.
That is a splice connector.
The bulb sizes are listed in the product description, and they can be replaced just like the originals! The only thing that cannot be changed out is the LED light bar.

Yes the LED C lightbar has separate wiring that is included.
New light bulbs are not included with this assembly. Occasionally, manufacturers leave test bulbs in the lights. If you receive test bulbs, you'll want to replace them with your original bulbs or with new bulbs.
