While driving to the hardware store, I heard a banging noise coming from my engine compartment. I have a 2008 Ford Escape XLT with 120,000 miles. I couldn't find the problem without using the 1 A Auto diagnosis Videos. The fan assembly had cracked and the left fan was hitting the frame assembly. The replacement assembly from 1A Auto fit perfectly And is now operating very well in my vehicle. Thanks to 1 A Auto

The part fit PERFECT for my 2012 Ford Escape Limited! My previous fan had a broken off blade so didn't get enough cooling power before. This new one was works really and is much quieter than my old fan. 100% recommend!

I copied this review for all of the parts I bought recently. Perfect fit, perfect price, has been driven every day since I replaced this, the radiator and engine/trans mount kit (4 mounts). I received the mounts in three days and the radiator/rad fan in four days. Installed all 4 mounts in about 1hr, radiator and fan in about 3hrs (I replaced the condenser a while back so I had some practice). Everything went together as expected and the car has been on the road every day since mid August 2023. 1A Auto's video team is absolutely amazing! You guys have saved me so much time since I have been working on this car. The detail in your instructional videos will help you find the quickest way to get the job done!!! BIG THANK YOU!!
Full and complete disclosure. The first fan assembly received had a defective plug, the plug was not secured in the motor and wobbled, creating an electrical issue. I advised A1 and they apologized and shipped a new assembly. The second unit functions as designed. As an professional automotive technician with over 30yrs experience, I fully understand there are brand new, defective parts sitting on shelves and in warehouses. I am grateful for A1 standing behind the products they sell. Stuff happens, it's how a company handles it that speaks volumes.
