Okay and remove this window crank. You've actually got to go right in behind and pry out lightly with your screwdriver. You can see this comes out. I want a T20 Torx screwdriver. Screw and the crank handle goes off.

These were an exact replacement for my old worn out window cranks. They fit perfectly, and 1AAuto had a great price on them.
