Do these housings turn your headlights into full LED? Do they Increase the funtion of the headlights or are they just for style?

No, just the daytime running lights are LED. The rest will use standard bulbs.

I the low/high bulb replaceable or is it part of the housing? description state 9007 bulb so it sounds like it is replaceable but dosen't look like it.

Dumb question, what bulb style goes in the lower fitting? Shows 9007 but they do no fit in that bottom housing. Looks like a 9005 or similar

This will take the same bulbs as the OE.

Can you change the bulbs out?

New light bulbs are not included with this assembly. Occasionally, manufacturers leave test bulbs in the lights. If you receive test bulbs, you'll want to replace them with your original bulbs or with new bulbs.
