Bought a 1989 F150 both power mirror's did not work,so I purchased the power window motors & brachets swapped em out & now they work perfect as they should?
Worked perfectly, highly recommend it.
Went in fairly easy. You have to drill out the old rivets and put in 4 1/4" bolts, 1/2" long and it like the automatic window mechanism is new.

Its hard to tell but based upon the grease already applied, I am guessing they are metal gears.
These parts are only compatible with the front doors and will not fit the rear.
They would plug into the door harness that is there. These will not add power windows to the vehicle.
