No, you must purchase the new bold separately and you MUST NOT use the old bold. These bolts are stretch on and one time use only. Part number for bolt (2007-14 5.3 vortec): DMEMX00033
This type of Balancer does not use a key way. Its a press fit and you must use a new bolt and follow the torque specs to the letter.

This is a possibility. If the harmonic balancer will vibrate a little and move more loosely which could affect the seal.
