I installed this on a 2000 Tacoma. What the book said was to initially torque to about 20-25lb to set the bearing while spinning the hub. Then back the nut off until it’s about finger tight. Make sure the hub spins freely. Might be different for you vehicle. Drive the vehicle and check temperature on the cap and around the wheel. Also check the side to side and 6/12 play once the wheel is installed and after the test drive. Good luck.
