The valve cover set fits perfect. The set includes new mounting bolts, rubber grommets, and the cover gaskets. The exposed outside of the covers also has a nice painted silver finish.

Not sure of the full "scope" of what you are referring to as "oil issues", but if you have a a leaking valve cover, these with a new gasket will address that. Additionally, if you are having PVC failure issues (typical with the original valve covers that these replace). it should fix that as well.
The passenger side valve cover came with a gasket imbedded in the grooves but the drivers side did not, I had to order a set for the drivers side. On a side note, taking off the tire and inner plastic shroud on the passenger side will help in installation and removal, especially if your changing plugs and wires. Good Luck
