It could. But cleaning the track real well might to. When I took the panel off of the 1984 Corvette to install the motor the track was black with dirt/dust/grime. Just cleaning the track made a world of difference.
no window motor probably ain't going to fix it you're probably going to need to complete assembly with a new motor
