It was the perfect part that I needed.
FAST SHIPPING!! FAST RETURN!! NO PROBLEM. Except the item had a stripped screw and one of the cable guides was missing. If installed eventually the cable would have broke. Looks like it might have been a remanufactured or return. I would use them again but look over the item carefully.
I ordered this window regulator and motor to replace my damaged one. I took the door apart replaced the regulator and installed the new motor. The problem was the new motor was a 2 pin motor and I had a 5 pin motor. Make sure you research your particular vehicle before ordering. Looking at the reviews this maybe other people's challenge also. Didn't realize that I was doing a research paper.
I am satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend this to all my friends and I will shop on this website again. There was only one problem and that was the plug on the motor didn't fit my plug on the vehicle. Luckily I still had my motor from before so I used it. Overall my purchase was great and the price was awesome

I don't know. I felt it was safer to order the complete package and that's what was installed by my body shop guy. He said it's most often the regulator that breaks. Also, when I looked, there were 2-pin and 6-pin assemblies. Without taking it apart, I didn't know which I needed. I ordered both and returned the one I didn't need, because it was so hard to get accurate information online about which one would accurately fit my Chrysler Town and Country van (year and model). Mine is not a Dodge Ram. They are similar models, but not the same.
I order my by vin. And the motor was still incorrect, luckily my old motor was good and it fit. It works good.
