They start making noise start grinding up the bearing inside making the wheel loose
No I believe these wheel hubs are for Pt Cruiser or Neon. Rear wheel bearings are easy - Front wheel bearings need to be pressed out and new one pressed in - In order to do this the spindle needs to be removed. Many good u-tube videos on line on how to do this.
