Bought a part that didnt work and many that did. Called on the 1that didnt work and was given a refund no questions asked!!!
The Dodge Neon has a known issue with the lower control arm main bushings rotting out prematurely. I was able to purchase these complete assembled control arms and pay to have them installed for less than buying the bushings and paying labor to have them installed on the original control arms! Also come with new ball joints as an added bonus! Thank you 1aauto!
Delivery took about a week, prices are reasonable, and it's the right part. It would be nice to have a delivery time estimate, but I still got better results than with other online parts sites.
Everything was great. Except they needed grease fittings which were not included in the prefab kit. The lower ball joint that is pre mounted needs grease fitting and greased. Other than that the product was a perfect match.
Product received was an exact match and bolted right in. I will order more products.
