Works!!
I saw a one star stating that the fuel gage wouldn't work for them. I changed mine in my 2011 Challenger SRT8 and no issues for me!

Installation was fine and perfect but after I installed it the fuel gage didn't work properly

Yes it does come with the wiring in the picture. All you do is disconnect the pump and connect the new one!
