Is replacing your suspension part in separate better than replacing the whole struts and shocks what's the better idea ?

Easier to buy them pre-assembled. However, unless you drive on horrible roads with extreme loads, springs dont typically break. They do wear over time and will sag if your vehicle is older but usually you can get long range mileage from OEM coils under normal driving conditions. Personally, Id opt for pre-assembled coils and struts. Ive done them both ways and can testify; pre-assembled is BY FAR the easiest for DIY replacement. If you replace the front strut package, its good practice to replace the shocks as well.
