I purchased a set of 4 struts for my 2011 Dodge Avenger in Nov of 2019. Since the holidays were fast approaching, I waited until after the first of the year to install. The struts were great for about 90 days, then they completely failed just about the same time the pandemic hit. Well since my wife was no longer commuting in that car, we held off getting the struts replaced until yesterday. My mechanic took one look at the car and told me from 20 feet away the struts failed and needed to be replaced. I was hoping for a possible credit towards these defective struts, however I was told I could possibly receive replacement struts. Just what I want, another pair that I can pay my mechanic $300 to once again install, only to do it over and over every 90 days! BE AWARE!! THESE STRUTS ARE GARBAGE!!!!!!!

Rear right was shot in only 6 months
They are indeed fully assembled Strut and Springs, and the rear struts fit perfectly. However, I'm not sure why, but I've had nothing but headaches from the front set. Had one bad on arrival and replaced next day, but now just a mere 3 months later, my car is sitting so low my front end taps the road as I drive -- Currently waiting on their "investigation team" to look into it. Hoping for either replacements or a refund, because this has done more than these struts are worth in damage to the underside of my car already.
