Received the part very quickly While installing the tensioner You Tube videos which I viewed numerous times mentioned a priming the hydraulic cylinder 4-5 times slowly was a must to activate the part so it work correctly with the new belt However I was unable to complete the process. I could not get the cylinder to move at all. After numerous times I ended up putting the old tensioner back on and works fine. I was told to replace in pairs the new serpentine belt and tensioner. I requested a refund and that was completed very quickly and didn't require sending defective part back to A1A. Customer service was great. Maybe will try another day. Replacement of this part on a 2006 Pontiac Vibe is not an easy task
