The Radiator seems to work fine. Only issues were the need to reuse the O-Rings from the original radiator to keep the transmission cooler lines from leaking, Manufacturer may need to address this issue.

No it will not fit on an 08 Malibu. I verified it.
I have the 05 g6 to my knowledge they are both set up the same way. If your fan wasn't damaged then this radiator should be fine by it self. 1a auto does have the fans if u do need them.
