The bolt head was half the width of the OEM part. As a result, the wrench holding the bolt kept slipping when I was tightening the nut. I'm sure the grease boot got torn up as a result. Customer service did not offer anything other than requesting information that they should have already had, like the part number on the box. Apparently they provide so little oversight of their chinese manufacturers that they have no idea what they are shipping. Never buying from these guys again.
It came early enough, it's affordable but most importantly, it gets the job done! No more clukking sound at each turning.
Slipped right in on 2005 Honda Pilot just as help video said. I had to unbolt and cut them out so video real useful.
Parts were duplicates of original.
