According to the 1A auto website Part Number 1ASFK01799 replaces 2005 Silverado 1500 rear leaf spring shackle & bracket repair kit (except crew cab). It worked fine on my 2000 Silverado 1500 Z71 4x4 regular cab with 4.8L.
