3 to 4 hour install and looks factory when your done. My truck needed a new tailgate latch anyway so the combo made sense for me. Operates perfectly

'Upgrade' means it is for vehicles that did not come stock with the park assist camera. The 2 piece upgrade kit includes the Tailgate Handle Bezel and the Rear Park Assist Camera. The 3 piece upgrade kit includes the Tailgate Handle, as well as the Bezel and Camera.
There is a cable on the video camera harness that is tagged cut PALS off. So it can display them or if you dont like them you will know what cable to cut to get rid of them.
