Looks like the original and works like it should.
My brother and I installed it a couple of days ago. He has all the tools and more patience than I do. We were impressed with the quality and the fit of the new mirror and it matches the original perfectly. I'll definitely look to 1A for parts in the future.

I looks like the OEM mirror that came with the car, but once you get the car up to highway speed the mirror vibrates constantly and all you can see in the mirror are blurs

Yes. There is also a little indication that it is a heated mirror on the mirror.
These do not have the set up for auto dimming.
