Hello, No I apologize these are for the upper control arms only.
This kit will come with everything shown in the image on the listing.
You do as well as ball joints. You can find the whole assembly with everything included. If you have the tools you can just change out the bushing and ball joint and keep the control arms you have now although it does take some labor it will help you keep cost down.
Thanks for your question! These bushings are standard design direct replacements for OE-style arms. Changing camber would require an offset type bushing.
