The fitment was perfect and the process was not to bad. I used the tilt bed method in replacing my fuel pump on my 2012 GMC Serria. 6 bolts and 2 wiring connections.

I dont think so. Pretty sure it was aluminum
There is a pressure valve built into the pump, however most GM applications will also use a pressure regulator mount on the engine
This pump is only listed for models with a V8 engine.
