For the cost of theses taillight housings I would expect much better fitment and durability. Especially when the OEM are very cheap in price but great quality products that last. My originals lasted me 22 years. Just to be clear I have owned my 1998 gmt400 for 22 years, and have removed and reinstalled my original taillights many times over the years. There is zero damage done to these OEM original taillights after being removed and reinstalled many many times(by myself) over 22 years. Not one crack or break in either of them. After installing the TRQ taillights just one time they broke. Part of the clear/smoked plastic lens broke off. This is due to the poor fitment of the taillight housings. The mounting tabs on the taillight did not line up with the screw hole in the truck. They were about 1/8 inch off. Which meant I had to push them in really hard in order to align the mounting tabs and get the screw to go in. Then once I got the mounting tabs aligned and tightened the screws it s
