Very good service, I received my parts very quickly and everything works great.
Usually I have great service for 1A Auto, however this product was the worst experience of my life. I received my parts promptly, but the passenger side would not fit my 2001 Chevy 1500. I call and we check the vin number again, I am told another part would ship out immediately. New part comes a week later, and it is the same exact wrong caliper again. I call and explain there is a manufacturing error, I send pictures of the differences between to left side that fits and the right side that doesnt. I am transferred to another department. State my case send pics via email. Week later asked for more pics. I send them explaining again the difference. Now my truck has been setting waiting on parts for over three weeks! They call me and tell me there is nothing they can do, and ask me to send the parts back to them, they will refund my money, and I wont have to pay for shipping. Wow, talk about dropping the ball! So much for guaranteeing their parts will fit your vehicle. Went down to local
