The first one I received didn't seem to have enough torque to raise the running boards. After contacting customer service they sent me another one and it is working great. Great customer service!
And I made sure I bought both motors so they we not give me problem later down the road
Unit looks and installs just like the factory step only I had to re-clock the electric motor to be in sync with the step. Slight adjustment but require disassembly to function properly.
