First control panel I received didn't turn blower actuator enough. Contacted company they sent one out immediately new ones works like a charm.
I brought this part about a year ago,now the knobs are broke off,need to buy another one now..it was a perfect fit,just cheap material?

2 months after I purchased this part it failed. This is the 2nd thing I've bought from 1A Auto that failed after a short time.
This part failed fast leaving me in a very dangerous situation with temps below 0 F and no heat or defrost in my suburban. Got by by layering up and blaster the rear heater, but it was stressful. Super disappointed.
