I had problem with the resistors on this item, have called customer service twice, waited in queue for 15 minutes each time, got tired of waiting, pressed 2 to get a call back and no one ever called back. Very frustrating !

So far so good! Easy to install! Had a question and got good timely response from a representative!
Parts came quickly and were correct. Install was simple on the struts. The delete of the sensor was actually too simple and I thought I was missing something, but I didn't. I've only had them on a couple weeks but the ride is good and the sensor delete works well, I'm not getting codes. Also I like the ride even better because I didn't have to spend $1700 a side for the GM Magride struts.
The resistors that are to keep the computer system to think everything is fine are not working. Every time I start the car, there is a suspension system warning that has to be dismissed. Everything else has worked great.
