Almost everything was great I recieved my first package 3 days after I ordered 2nd package came in following day , the littlest package took 7 days to get here but that's ok . I installed everything myself on my 2009 Silverado. Bad thing was when I went to get my truck alignment done it cost me another 200$ because the tierod ends were to short shop had to cut off 2" so it'll align right other then that I guess everything was good

Debated over these or Stop Tech/Centric

I was undecided between these or a pair of Centrics. I put Centrics on my Audi A4 and was pleased with the results but on my truck I really use it to it's capabilities so I figured why not try these TRQ Performance rotors out. The stocks made it 100,000 miles but the rotors warped. These TRQ rotors and pads went on without a hitch. Fit and finish was great, like others have said it doesn't tell you which direction the slots go but I went with the same direction that my Baer's do. After driving with them for 100 miles I can definitely say they stop much better than the stocks did even when new. The only trade off is they produce more brake dust and it's a darker colored dust than stock but not that big of a deal for me. I'd rather have better braking power when towing. The shipment from 1A Auto came fast. First time I've purchased from you guys and I'll be back. I've used a lot of your Youtube videos to fix my Audi so figured I owed you guys an order, thanks!

I compared prices between AutoZone and 1A-Auto, no comparison, 1A-Auto was the way to go. Very easy to do. If you are not a mechanic just like Im not. I suggest watching the 1A-Auto videos on how to do the work. After you view the videos . Is a breeze.

So far no issues , I drive this truck 50 miles a day in town and interstate so if I get 10 years of wear as I did the factory parts I'll be very satisfied , I'm slowly replacing worn or wearing out parts as I go , and yes If it ain't broke I do fix it . any way as time and wear and tear sneak up on you . If I replace the left side the right side gets replaced too . or I'd just feel like I half assed the whole job .

Purchased this kit to replace and upgrade the front brakes on my sons 2009 silverado. The parts arrived quickly and installed easily. Two points - the kit has high temp grease, but not enough to clean caliper pins and regrease them, so get some more grease. Second, these rotors are directional - so watch the 1a auto video that details the proper direction of rotation. Overall, excellent product and price.

My application is a 2012 Chevrolet 1500, 2wd. I was looking for a better pad and rotor setup that would help for when I tow a travel trailer. The TRQ checked all the blocks. You will feel a difference in a heavy breaking situation, BUT the distance traveled is greatly reduced. I feel safer with these on the front of my truck in any situation that I find my self in. The only thing that I am not a fan of is the pad, retaining clips. These are the same you get for GM from any store. I wish there was a different option.

A week after putting these on I was driving on the highway and had to go from 85 to 35 in no time at all. A car got stuck behind a cement truck and cut off the car in front of me. The break pads and rotors fit perfectly. Install went smooth the only issues was that the metal backing of one of my break pads was coming off. I'm not sure if this was a quality inspection issue or it became loose during shipping. The only other thing I noticed was the break pads only came with one pack of grease so I had to make that stretch. Anyway I was able to get it back in place hopefully this won't cause any major issues later. I would definitely recommend this package so far so good!

Do these fit stock calipers? Or do i have to replace those to use performance slotted rotors?

You will not need to replace your calipers for the performance style rotors and pads. As long as our vehicle fit list indicates your year, make, and model as well as any engine size or trim specifications we guarantee a direct fit replacement with no modifications.

I have less than 10k on mine right now, and visually they look about half way already. I can tell you the dust is substantial. My front rims are completely discolored from brake dust every 3-4 days.
