My 94 k1500 is bone stock, they worked for me. They did need to be compressed a bit to get them in, so if you have a lift I think they should work for you. I am not a mechanic btw, learned what I know from vice grip garage, on YouTube.
Probably not I bought them for a 98 Chevy Tahoe 2door with the 5.7 and they were too short
