Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a power mirror switch on this 2002 Chevy Suburban. It's the same part and similar process on these Suburban's from 2000 to 2002. The items you'll need for this include a new mirror switch from 1A Auto.com and a flat blade screwdriver.
Pry up on your switch panel and lift it forward and out. Then pry out on this tab, pull the harness free, and then push the tabs on these harnesses, and pull them free. From the back of your mirror switch, just pry out on either side while pushing from the other side, and the switch will pop out.
On the left is the old power mirror switch; on the right is the new one from 1A Auto. You can see they're identical and they're going to fit exactly the same. Push your new mirror switch into place and reconnect your harnesses. Push the backend of your switch panel in first, push down the front, and you're all set.

Mixed
Window buttons are direct fit, perfect.
Mirror control was poor quality; as stated above, the left-right select was too tight/ barely operable and the led emitted a different color than the window button because the rubber cover is too thin.
I fixed this by swapping the led control from the new button into the guts of the old button, fixed.
